AB In this Final Degree Project, the causes and consequences of outsourcing andsubcontracting of multi-service companies in the hospitality sector in Spain areexposed, with special attention to the feminized group of cleaning service workers, theself-called Kellys. To this end, we proceed to the contextualization and subsequentanalysis of the regulations, jurisprudence and the labor and psychophysicalimplications suffered by this group, from a necessarily multidisciplinary legal andsocial perspective that allows the acquisition of a comprehensive and realistic view ofthis phenomenon. The precarization of working conditions and sex discrimination arechallenges that must be combated by highlighting the inspiring principles of collectivebargaining and acting with a gender perspective, as fundamental tools for theconstruction of social justice.
