AB The arrival of the human being to the outer space caused that wasnecessary to carry out some rules to control the activities realizedbeyond the boundaries of our planet and ensure that the countries whowere interested in spacial missions obey principles that guide theirbehaviors. In this way, the historical events, and specifically the spacerace between United States and Soviet union, contributed to thecreation of this regulatory framework.Nowadays, the International Space Law is composed of five principaltreaties, which are called Corpus Iuris Spatialis, directing our attentionto the rules applicable to the spacial objects and to the particular legalregulation of the International Space Station who regulate aspects suchthe intellectual property or the penal jurisdiction.Therefore, throughout this final degree project all of the issues will bestudied for try to offer a global vision about this law field.
