AB The study addresses some of the relevant issues of the right to strike of public employees,especially that of civil servants. From its legal and jurisprudential recognition, emphasisingits status as a "worker", through its extension and subjective limits, as well as the guaranteesthat must be carried out. It ends with the legal and necessary acts to carry out the right. Therecognition of this is the main subject of the study, with special relevance being given to thelegal aspects that must be satisfied so that those who go on strike can do so with full legalguarantees. It is therefore of vital importance to study in depth the essential and minimumservices, which in the civil service sphere are of general interest. Not forgetting instrumentssuch as notice and termination of strike action.
