AB With the entry into force of the Organic Law 5/2010, of 22nd of June, by which thePenal Code was modified, the criminal liability was recognized to legal entities.The recognition of the criminal liability of the legal entities cause a lot of doctrinaldiscussions being the most important those referring to the convenience of a criminalliability regime for legal entities and those which were referred about which model ofattribution of criminal liability was established in Spain.The legislator tried to end these discussions with the Organic Law 1/2015, of 30th ofMarch, by which the Penal Code was modified, without much success, because thereare still doctrinal discussions and the problems derived from the attribution ofcriminal liability for legal entities have not been solve yet.
