AB The present work is based on an analysis of the situation of marriedwomen in different deeply rooted religions in Spain, highlighting situationsof inequality between women and men and their systematic submission tothis and to the family environment, all supported by statutes thatintermingle the legal with the religious that, with the passing of time andsocial changes, often collide with the legislation, which claims to be aguarantee. Analyzed, all this, therefore, from a gender perspective.
