AB In this research project about the Patrimonial Responsibility of the Administrationdue to the Annulment of the Ordinance Plan, I explain the characteristics of theSpanish responsibility system, by outlining its features.I develop the idea of the annulment as one of the reasons why a subject can claim itsright to be compensated for the normal or abnormal functioning of theAdministration.The procedure to develop the ordinance plan is explained throughout this project, aswell as the procedure to claim that right to be compensated.Finally I present you my own impressions about this system, suggesting somepossible amends to make it more dynamic and society-friendly.
