AB The present work studies the relationship between job stress, FOMOsyndrome and motivation with emotional wages. A total of 52 subjects fromthe island of Tenerife, Spain, of whom 24 were men and 28 were women,responded to the ILO-WHO work stress scale, the FOMO questionnaire andthe work motivation scale. The results show that the higher the job stress, thehigher the motivation. No significant relationship was found with the FOMOsyndrome.
