AB In this project I’m going to proceed to study and analyse the different typesof administrators of a company, in the case of causing damage, this couldbe to the assets of the company or to the partners that form it. If the damageaffects the assets of the company directly, we could enforce what is calledsocial action, where the partners of the company would have to be the onesto respond to it. On the other hand, and in the case where the harmed figureis that of a partner/s, these could enforce what is referred to as individualaction. All of which with the aim of having the administrators respond fortheir actions and that they can be required the responsibility thatcorresponds to them and grant a certain protection for both the assets andthe partners belonging to the company or firm. What’s more, throughout theproject a possibility of coexistence in a corporation of so-calledadministrators in fact and by right will be appreciated, making a cleardifferentiation between the responsibilities that are attributed to each party
