AB This paper makes an analysis of labor recruitment in Spain and its abusive and repeateduse in both private and public labor relations. The main objective is to understand thehigh temporality in Spain, the comparison of the use of temporary contracts with therest of the European Union and the profitability or risk assumed by employers to carryout legal fraud in temporary contracts. It is, therefore, a problem that has been draggingon Spain since the last century and that we continue looking for solutions without beingable to find them definitively and fix our production system so that it is more stable,safe and of quality.
