AB Blockchain’s application in the Land Registry provides the opportunity to update, accelerateand simplify registral procedures. Many countries around the world have launched pilotprojects so as to develop a blockchain network for real estate Registry in order to analyzehow this technology can be applied, what advantages it could have, and the disadvantagesthat could be brought.Although it is thought that blockchain could be a revolution to this institution, even up to thepoint of replacing it, whether this new technology is compatible with the principles andguarantees inherent to the Land Registry must be studied. If it were the case, there would bean analysis of any limits and the registral procedures it could be applied to.In addition, the impact of blockchain application in Land Registry will be studied withregards to the civil procedure, especially in relation to evidence.
