AB The purpose of this research is to analyse the usefulness of professionalsocial networks in the recruitment process with respect to conventionalmedia. Know whether they are really used by individuals as a means ofshowing themselves to the labour market. Find out if companies use themas a source of human talent when they need to fill a vacant position. And ifthey resort to them to traditional means of recruitment. We will identify theadvantages and disadvantages that these networks bring to the procedure, inaddition to the skills necessary to make use of them.
