AB The crisis in the world of work is affected by powerful forces influencing thelabour market. Forces such as technology or flexible working make the labourmarket collapse for a large part of the population such as company employees, buton the other hand these factors also benefit the companies that apply them to someextent. It is therefore important to look at how these concepts influence the marketand can increase unemployment levels and encourage precarious work, and at thesame time to analyse other factors that could benefit the lives of citizens as workers,such as the great debate on the four-day working week and how it positivelyinfluences both companies and their employees, referring to the skills it producesand significantly raises productivity.
