AB In this paper we analyze the scope of the concept of intimidation in the crime ofsexual assault and, in particular, of the "environmental intimidation", as well as itis delimitation against sexual abuse by undue influence. The proximity betweenthese two concepts makes it difficult to delimit between the crime of sexual abuseand sexual assault.In addition, we raise the problem of the criminal responsibility of the varioussubjects in crimes against sexual freedom, since in these cases it is necessary todetermine the contribution of each of them to the criminal act.These issues are addressed from a doctrinal and jurisprudential perspective and,in particular, will be analyzed the controversial case of “the Arandina players”.As well as, the recent doctrine of the Supreme Court on the interpretation andapplication of environmental intimidation, which has gained greater importancesince the case of "the herd", establishing different criteria and premises that mustbe taken into account to be able to estimate it.Finally, we will pause briefly to analyze another of the problems that Courts andTribunals usually face, and which becomes relevant when there is intimidation,which is the assessment of evidence when it is based exclusively on the victim'sstatement
