AB With the recent approval of RDL 28/2020, of September 22, on Remote Work, we willgo in depth here in teleworking as a category of remote work. A legal figure that,without prejudice to having a place since our origins, has been developed throughInformation and Communication Technologies, as well as through several rules thatconfigure it as a powerful institution until then, granting the opportunity to bothemployers and workers to be able to develop the work activity from a point of viewthat is, at the same time, different, because it is not usual, and peculiar, due to thedifferent particularities that are reflected in particular. From a general perspective, andnot directly related to Covid'19, there will be an express manifestation of the rights andduties that concern the subjects of the employment relationship, as well as otherpositive and negative manifestations that derive from it.
