AB With the purpose of increasing the number of textile storage for a Canarian residentclients, the university of La Laguna has arranged to remodel and renovate an industrialwarehouse.It will take place in an abandoned establishment in the town of Arafo, where all thenecesary adjustments will be taken in order to fulfill the demands of our clients. In orderto do so, there are important tasks that are considerated. Some of them are: Electrical instalation. Lightning calculations in addition to the emergency luminaries. A forecast of the load of the equiment to be installed in the warehouse. And the necessary settings for the compliance of the current regulation on firefighting systems.The distribution of the areas of the establishment is simple. It counts with: Two bathrooms. A small techinal room for the employees. An office in order to process orders and packaging delivery. A warehouse to store merchandising and packages of the company.The execution of the project would last around 70 days. This estimated time wascalculated using a GANTT chart. My responsability was to execute an appropriate chartusing the processes of a real project managment. For this, I used the PMBOK (Guide tothe fundamentals for the project managment), in which there is a timetable for eachtask and a responsible for every one of them.
