AB The objective of this work is to carry out the design and calculation of areinforced concrete structure for the tertiary sector. In addition, a metallicstructure has been designed and calculated to capture solar energy. Thisproject has been carried out at the academic field in order to complete themechanical engineering degree.The industrial building is going to have two main uses; one separated fromanother. On the one hand the building will be destined to offer fastmechanical services. On the other hand, the building will have the functionof exhibiting vehicles for sale.To achieve this aim, the structure and foundations of the industrial buildinghave been designed and calculated.For the possible execution of the building, the budget has also beenestablished.Finally, highlight the fact that the different legal provisions concerning eacharea have been applied and a series of computer programs have beenused to carry out this project.
