Every day there is more commitment to renewableenergy and consumer technologies that are more respectfulof the environment. In addition, the pace of life and thecharacteristics of our society have led us to depend ondevices and tools that facilitate our daily tasks. Our country is one of the countries with the highestvehicle-to-person ratio in the world. Due to thesecircumstances, the need to make a change can be seen, andlittle by little the electric vehicle is having a greaterpresence in the market, covering this need without havingto depend on fossil fuels. This project has been developed around the sameidea. Cover a need such as powering electric vehicles at aparticular level, such as alleviating this consumption byproviding the system with a photovoltaic power plant. The building for which we have developed theproject is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in which aphotovoltaic generator with a power of 33kW will beinstalled. The photovoltaic installation consists of 60panels of 550 watts each, which will be located on the nonpassable roof of the building. This installation is proposedto reduce consumption in common areas as well as powercharging points for electric vehicles in the garage of thebuilding. In addition, 3 charging points located in 3community parking spaces, located on the first floor of thegarage, have been planned as a solution for users whocurrently have electric vehicles or in the near future. This project is a positive bet that can generate a goodimpact among the users of the building, providingsolutions to possible needs that they may in the near future.
