AB Being in a world in constant change due to its mutable nature oftengenerates legal insecurity. Since, advances in Neurotechnology go beyondwhat is legislated, giving rise to situations never experienced that leavesociety unprotected in aspects that violate the human rights of anyindividual, such as mental privacy and mental and physical empowermentof people, without a legal framework to turn to or even an analogous normthat can fill these gaps. Hence, the new controversy as to whether it isnecessary to create a specific regulation for neuro-rights.Knowing that a rule of law such as ours is what it fights for is legalsecurity and stability, it would be important to address this problem, eitherfrom a new universal or state regulation, or with a more flexibleinterpretation that can be molded to the regulations. in current fundamentalrights
