AB This Final Project pretends to analize the problem of what suppose theacceptance of a debt-ridden inheritance, with special attention on theresponsibility that is drawn from it after the forms of acceptance ofinheritance contained in our legislation.In this context, is addreddes first the delimitation between inheritance debtsand charges, indicating which debts are considere don thin concept. In asecond part, the heritage confussion will be addressed by consecuence ofoutright conceded, causing a new heritage originated by the personal andhereditary heritage.On the hand, reference is made to preference order for the payment ofhereditary debts, which has been subject of a doctrinal interpretation tosupply the default of regulation. Lastly, several doctrinal stance of thecarácter of the heir’s responsibility are going to be analized, both before andafter the partition of the inheritance.
