A1 García Farrais, Paula A2 Grado En Derecho K1 Urbanismo K1 Perspectiva de género K1 Cadena de tareas K1 Doble carga de trabajo K1 Planes de ordenación K1 Desarrollo legislativo AB The gender perspective was slowly being introduced in cities, both in itsinternational and national dimensions, but, to that end, it requiredcomprehensive legislative development that took women’s opinion.Women are the sector of the population that makes the most use of the cityand everything it offers us, public transport, housing or shops; therefore, itis necessary to have a gender perspective, the perspective of those whoknow the deficiencies and needs of our streets, for themselves and for thecommunity, since they also constitute the majority of the population that isdedicated to care tasks, while carrying out the performance of paid work.The gender perspective is addressed from aspects such as the city model,public spaces and their use or the participation of women both in ordinanceplans and in their activities in the city, this has been included in thedevelopment of various Autonomous Communities following the lineproposed by the 2030 Agenda, at the Sustainable Development Summit, in2015, or the New Urban Agenda of the UN. Where the plans carried out inthe Autonomous Communities of our territory have found their foundation;although it is still of phlegmatic application and, in addition, it usuallyencounters numerous problems because it does not have a legislativedevelopment for the national territory that guarantees its equal practice.
