AB It is a fact that young people find it more difficult to find employment.That is why joining the world of work has always been a concern foryoung people due to their lack of experience, unequal qualifications,market demand, job insecurity, etc. The objective of this work is toanalyze and reflect the reality of young people in employment, therefore,the data from 2016 to 2020 were studied. In turn, regarding the possiblesolutions, the corrective measures provided by different publicinstitutions and entities related to youth employment to reduce theunemployment rate and thus reduce their social exclusión
