AB With the establishment of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common AdministrativeProcedure of Public Administrations and of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, of the LegalRegime of the Public Sector, a series of novelties are introduced that have generated someconcern regarding the implementation of their forecasts regarding legal operators andcitizens in general. Both laws replace the tradicional Law 30/1992, of November 26, of theLegal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure,giving way to the final implementation of e-government. How do you get this? Throughthe complete modernization of resources and the incorporation of new information andcommunication technologies (ICT) in the provision of public services and the relations ofthe different Administrations with the interested parties. In other words, innovations thatmanage to renew the internal functioning of Public Administrations based on the principlesof transparency, effectiveness and efficiency, thus eliminating the paper format.
