AB In this Final Degree Project, the causes, and consequences of automation inthe Spanish labor market are exposed, with special attention to objectivedismissal and the social security system as well as new jobs of the future.The objective of the study is to delve into the evolution of automation inrecent decades and its direct effects in the field of labor relations. The mainconcern that we intend to address here is the future of jobs that areincreasingly automated and that will entail a series of changes that we willhave to face. It is about emphasizing the most direct impacts on things likeemployee pay that will also have to be shaped. To this end, use has beenmade of a methodology based on the collection of data provided byorganizations such as the National Institute of Statistics, the EuropeanCommission, together with other official sources, and also tools such as theDigital Economy and Society Index.Finally, work gives importance to the future projections of the labor marketthat is changing, and that will undoubtedly require that current and futureworkers mold themselves to be able to adapt to the new circumstancesproduced by an increasingly broad technological advance
