AB The general objective of this study is to determine the relationship between work stress,Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) syndrome, self-esteem, emotional intelligence and fearof COVID contagion in the workplace.For this purpose, a study was carried out with 52 workers from different workenvironments who responded to the work stress scale (ILO-WHO), the FOMOquestionnaire, the Fear of Coronavirus scale (COVID-19), Rosemberg's self-esteemscale (RSE) and Emotional Intelligence (TMMS-24).The results obtained show that there is a significant relationship between work stress,FOMO, self-esteem and COVID Contagion Medium. However, there is no significantrelationship between emotional intelligence and work stress.
