AB In recent years, HR Management, specifically the personnel recruitmentand selection department, has undergone changes, moving towards a new,more automated version, the digital age. The current market has beendigitized due to the technological revolution and as a consequence, thisbranch has become a much more competitive and open area. The newbusiness success lies in attracting talent through the deployment of newonline strategies, so that HR experts attract and retain the potential ofeach of the different job candidates. New applied technologies, digitalrecruitment or staff loyalty are some of the challenges facing recruiters inthe 21st century.This work begins by analyzing the concepts of digitization and digitizationin the recruitment and selection processes and its transformations in theHR area that predict what the future of selection will be like and the maintrends in attracting talent.
