AB Nowadays the society is getting along with what they eat, also of the food’s quality but,do it really kwow what they consume? Thanks to the boost of that and the social media,in the last years, shows up a movement which plan is that people learn to have a healthymeals, forggeting about counting calories, this movement is well-known as Realfooding.The TFG’s investigation have aim the analysis of a bad alimentation’s consequences inthe students’s fiscal and mental capacities in the classrooms and out of them.In the same way, it look into the progress of the youngest’s diet in the house and its degreeof success as well; in addition, it research if the families are awere of the important of agood diet, based in the Realfooding.
