AB In the present work, we will focus on analyzing the crime of aggression and its conceptualevolution in history, beginning with its first appearance in the Nuremberg (TMIN) and Tokyo(TMIT) tribunals, going through its 1974 codification, to finally arrive at the activation of thejurisdiction of the International Criminal Court over it and the main obstacles to its effectiveprosecution.Finally with the knowledge acquired from analyzing the crime of aggression. It is intendedto apply the criminalization of the act of aggression to the current conflict between Russia andUkraine, verifying the existence of war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime ofaggression.
