AB In this Final Degree Project, the different legal problems related to international laborrelations, the international employment contract and its regulation in PrivateInternational Law are exposed, with an increasingly "Europeanized" legal framework,analyzing the two Community Regulations, on the one hand the Regulation Brussels Ibis to determine the International Judicial Jurisdiction and the Rome I Regulation, tospecify the applicable law.Likewise, we analyze the different controversies that may arise in special cases todetermine the country of habitual provision of the services, which will be decisive toknow which law will be applied, proceeding to the contextualization and subsequentanalysis of the regulations and jurisprudence in this regard.
