AB This working paper includes the analysis of three variables, the aim ofwhich is to observe how stress and fear of contagion affect work staff, inaddition, the new problem of the FOMO syndrome suspected in recentyears, following the Sars Covid-19 pandemic in the workplace, will beanalysed.For this purpose, a three-scale study was carried out with a sample of 88employees.The study was carried out in 2021 with three family variables, where theresults indicate the relationship between work-related stress, FOMOsyndrome and fear of infection.
