AB In this Final Degree Project, the changes that Royal Decree-Law 32/2021 has introducedin temporary labor contracts are exposed. That is why we proceed to contextualize theabusive use of temporary contracts as well as the consequences of this and subsequentanalysis of the new modifications of the contractual modalities. The objectives that thereform aims to achieve, such as stable employment and decent working conditions forworkers, coincide with the eighth objective of sustainable development. This problembeing deeply rooted in our country, even defining our market in this way. For this reason,eradicating the "temporary culture" is a challenge that the reform aims to achieve throughthe promotion of indefinite contracts as well as the reduction of the possibilities ofentering into fixed-term contracts together with the reinforcement of measures penaltiesfor temporary hiring.
