AB The following bachelor´s thesis or final degree project has as a principalpurpose, analyze how social media has affected on the labour relations field.The relevant aspects of the existing direct relationship between the newtechnologies and its impact on the termination of the contract, has beendeeply analyze.This subject has been chosen for being an actual topic. It delves into the useof social media and its development during the past decades as a channel toperform, justify and display the dismissal.The current laws are lacking information in this field, case law and tribunalshave played an essential roll solving these conflicts which are born in thecore of the labour relations.In conclusion, the main goal this research is analyze which are theconsequences for the introduction of the social networks in the context ofdismissal procedures.
