AB The importance of the right to protection of personal data on the Internet ison the rise due to its great presence in society.It is defined as the fundamental right of granting the power to the interestedparties to dispose of and control their personal data submitted to computerprocessing.Personal data are all those that allow the identification of the person and aresubject to treatment, being any operation or set of operations that are carriedout on personal data by automated procedures or not.In this way, this power of control is diversified into different rights such asinformation and access, rectification, data portability, deletion or oblivion,which entail a series of guarantees and mechanisms to carry them out. cape.Consent is a fundamental pillar necessary for the legality of the treatment,and must be a free, specific, informed and unequivocal expression of will bywhich the interested party accepts, deriving from a clear affirmative action,thus excluding the provision of tacit manner.Cookies on the Internet are subject to the RGPD and the LOPDGDD sincethey store very sensitive personal information such as location, searchescarried out or email.
