It is theyoung people who belong to Generation Z, who will assume the generational shift incompanies. The objective of this study is to know the perceptions about workmotivation and self-efficacy that young people have, more specifically students of theDegree in Labor Relations of the University of La Laguna. To this end, acomprehensive quantitative methodology has been used: descriptive, predictive anddiscriminant analysis. A scale was designed and applied to a sample of 248 subjects.After obtaining the results, conclusions and implications are drawn that the youngpeople attach importance to motivation and self-efficacy in the work, The motivationof this segment can be predicted and there are differences between men and womenregarding motivational factors.
