AB The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to study the acts of imitationregulated in article 11 of the Unfair Competition Law. Our main objectiveis to delimit the fairness and unfairness of the conduct, under theprotection of what the law promotes, the free imitability of services.Unfairness will be determined by the concurrence of the exceptionsforeseen, such as: exclusive rights, risk of association, undue advantageof the effort of others or systematic imitation that prevents the competitorfrom gaining a foothold in the market, also known as obstructionistcompetition.
