AB The following paper will have its foundation in the field of Labor Law,which regulates the legal framework of relationsbetween employers and employees, in order to create a more just andequitable labor environment. In Spain, the legislation that regulates thismatter is the one of the Labor and Social Security Codes, within these,the Workers' Statute Law stands out, which speaks ofthe rights and obligations, among these, the labor relations are defined.Additionally, the General Law of Social Security establishes the generalframework of the Social Security system that exists in Spain.It is crucial for the understanding of this paper to consider the importanceof the "civil liability" found in article 1089 of the Civil Code. Morespecifically, the "non-contractual civil liability" found in article 1903.4of the Civil Code. This paper, based on the aforementioned legislation,aims to develop a deeper understanding and reflection on howthe owners or directors of establishments, from now on thispaper, entrepreneurs, respond to the actions carried out bytheir employees in their workplaces that may incur in damages to thirdparties.Furthermore, this paper will deepen upon the possible outcomes orresponses the employer may or may not have upon these actions concurringin third party damages and the liability they hold before the correspondentjudicial bodies.
