Giving the importance and dedication it deserves internally in thebusiness field, as well as delving into the legal and labor limits that this right or duty requires, is anarduous task.We want to combine what kind of policies a company must carry out in terms of digitaldisconnection, that is, its protocols to follow, as well as how important it is to train and sensitizeemployees about rest and compliance with their day without exceeding, for any reason, theperformance of their functions.We will also highlight in this research, what is related to the recent Law 10/2021, of July 9, onteleworking or remote work, in which reference is made to said digital disconnection. As isobvious, the failure to comply with everything researched and recommended for a successfuldigital disconnection, has a series of consequences to which we will also finally allude.
