AB Documentary base study that examines through royal and municipal sources the confluenceof interests between the monarchy and the elites of the city of Valencia, which determinedthe resolution of the jurisdictional conflict of the town of Morvedre (current Sagunt), in1420. Well, settling between the independence of a historic royal town that was akin tothe side led by the noble lineage of the Centelles, supporters of the ascent to the throneof Fernando de Antequera, during the Interregnum, or to prevail the relations of synergywith the patriciate of the capital was one of the first decisions that the Trastámara faced inthe kingdom of Valencia.
