In this study isuse the proposed work methodologies and instruments for theiridentification and evaluation, the instrument proposed by theInstitute of Prospective Technological (IPTS) of the EuropeanUnion was applied, for the evaluation of the digital skills. Theresults allowed identifying that there are major deficiencies inthe digital skills of the participants, to the extent of placingthem at the initiation level, especially with regard to theprotection of personal data and digital identity and protectionof the environment.
