AB Research work on Law 8/202, of 2 June, amending civil and procedural legislation tosupport persons with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity. This finalthesis examines the most relevant legal figures surrounding persons with disabilities.It will analyze the disappearance of legal institutions, the creation of supportmeasures and the procedure for their adoption. However, the research focuses on themost contentious aspects of the implementation of the new regulation in our legalsystem, primarily in the legal transactions conducted by persons with disabilities. Thedoctrine seeks to address the legal problems that are emerging in the contractualsphere with the reform, particularly with regard to the civil liability of persons withdisabilities and support providers, and the nullity of contracts entered into by them
