AB The TFG that we have in our hands is an analysis and in-depth study of the so importantarticle 28 of our current Spanish Constitution of 1978.The study in question is based on several points, in which, among others, we will beginwith an introduction where the main idea of the study will be exposed, the right to strikedeveloped in our EC. We will be able to see both the birth of the right to strike and itsorigins in Egypt, with Ramses III and the first strike in history carried out by the guild ofartisans, as well as its constant evolution over time.We will see a comparison of the Spanish right to strike with the French right to strike, aEuropean country geographically close to Spain. After this data, we will analyze in depththe Spanish law, looking at the legal definition of strike, legal limitations, subjects of thestrike, its typology and its effects.To finish the work, we will close it with a conclusion where we will make a personalanalysis of the evolution of the right to strike, what has led to the elaboration of thiswork and acknowledgements.
