Organisational culture creates and facilitates new strategiesthat help, lead and guide to improve quality and productivity, as well as prevents oreliminates some existing practice to improve the results of its operation.Culture originates from the idea of one or more leaders, who through qualities and values(security, self-identity and decisiveness), are able to show how and what goals they wantto achieve for the common good of their company. Over the years, it has been shown thatthere have been many attempts by man to increase productivity in all fields of work andgiven this need, there are nowadays different schools and researchers who are looking forthe answer to this problem. Organisational culture influences productivity and because ofthis it has been an important piece in its contribution within organisations and in authors'studies, which has led it to evolve gradually, to divide and project itself in differentbranches and different labour fields as well as in institutions, universities and any type ofbusiness entity, going through different generations. The main objective of this thesis is to study the relationship between organisationalculture and generation Z, which is preparing to lead future sources of work, as well as toexamine the contribution it provides to the evolutionary process of the study of culture.
