AB Job insecurity is one of the main social problems that we are currently facing. This is notonly a problem that can be found in the private sector, but also within the differentadministrations that make up the public sector. The fact that within publicadministrations situations develop that, in themselves, give rise to abuses of law or fraudof law by them, is extremely serious, since it is the administration that, in the firstinstance, must protect workers from any possible action that leaves them in a position ofvulnerability.It is for this reason that the objective of this work is to shed light on those cases in whichpublic administrations have committed legal fraud in contractual relations in which theyhave acted as an employer. Specifically, the abuse of temporality will be addressed, whichhas been of special relevance today and everything possible has been done to correctthis type of action. Thus, both the way in which it has been interpreted and applied andthe way in which, in fact, the Community regulations on fixed-term work must beinterpreted and applied will be observed.
