RT info:eu-repo/semantics/article T1 Una danza para la melodía poética A1 Brito, Manuel AB The image of the 'dance' or 'dancer' conveys various aspectsthat link up with the literary purposes in Robert Duncan's works.Among those we have to emphasize his tendency to associate themovements of the body with those of the words, revealing cluesand suggestions in both of them. The assimilation is centeredlargely on the fact that as in the dance the movements are alwayschanging and they are altered by the dinamism of the energy thatcomes from its acts, also, it has to pursue this kind of kinetic onthe poetic level in order to find the renewal and vision of a poetrythat is in process. We can find the metaphor of the 'dance' in themain anthologies of Robert Duncan and perhaps the definitivepoem is 'The Dance' PB Universidad de La Laguna.
