Therelative importanceof its sequencevs its lengthdiversity inthiscontext ishowever, notverywell established.Toinvestigatethismatterfurtherwehaveusedanapproachemployingcombinatorialantibody librariesandantigen-specificselectioninthesearchforCDRH3lengthandsequencediversitycompatible withagivenantigenspecificity,themajorantigenicdeterminantonthetumour-associatedantigenmucin-1.
