AB The present document includes the need to avoid childhood obesity and it consequences onhealth to convince families about the benefits of a healthy life and a regular physical exercise.The most important idea is, parents and adults responsible of the children will be involved in theeducative process of their children.The design it is divides in two big blocks, first to work with adults and their childrenseparately,and the other to work with families with a playful way through dynamic and entertainmentactivities. By that way, it will expect to achieve a result that shows thoseparticipants havelearned imparted knowledge to achieve a significant and durable learning which can be used atany time.
