B. A1 Minho, Marcelle AB Taking into account the challenges ofprofessional training for Industry 4.0 and the new studentprofile, we conceived an educational alternative adaptedfrom design thinking that uses active learningmethodologies and digital technologies like virtual reality, augmented reality, etc. This new alternative is calledSituação Interativa de Aprendizagem - SIA, whichtranslates to Interactive Learning Situation. We usetechnology acceptance models as a way to predictteachers’ willingness to adopt the proposed technologies. The results of this stage will guide the training program. We adopted a model based on the unified theory ofacceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), extended withthe constructivist teaching belief (CTB). We found thatthere is a positive perception of performance gains forteachers (performance expectancy) and the impact ofexternal influences for intention of use (social influence). However, there are different opinions regarding the otherfactors, such as teacher receptivity and qualifications(effort expectancy), educational beliefs (CTB), ease ofimplementation (facilitating conditions), and the influenceof age moderator.
