AB The European Union develops standards through different instruments:regulations, directives and decisions.Directives are legislative acts that establish objectives that all EU member statesmust comply with. The way to transpose this norm into the internal law of eachcountry is the responsibility of each country, so it is up to each State to develop itsown rules to achieve the objectives. assigned objectives.In this case we will analyze Directive 2008/104 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of November 19, 2008, relating to work through temporaryemployment agencies.On the other hand, we will also see how this directive is transferred to the internallaw of our country and the obligations and rights of each of the parties presentwithin this employment relationship.
