Different strategieswere used such as expert judgement, exploratory factoranalysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysisfrom a sample of 1125 university professors. The scale wascomposed by 16 items configured in five factors: mobiledevices, digital competence, knowledge construction,cooperative work and education. Finally, the scale presentedgood psychometric properties, gathering a unique and reliableinstrument to evaluate good teaching practices with mobiledevices at the University.
