K1 Teaching Analytics K1 Multimodal Analysis K1 Learning Analytics K1 Teaching practice AB Teaching Analytics is an emerging and challengingfield of research that can have a great impact on educationaldesign methodologies as well as on deliveries by teachers tostudents. In this work, we analyze the most relevant literature onthe subject. Four axes for work were identified: first, integrationof learning and teaching analytics; second, multimodal analysisor analysis of data collected by devices in real time in theclassroom; third, digital literacy in analytics for teachers; andfourth, planning and evaluation of teaching activities. Severallimitations and challenges were found for the advancement of theteaching analytics area, but the most relevant limitation is thetemporary separation between the delivery and the analysis oftheir results, in addition to not having a standard measure ofstudent performance. The most important challenge is theregistration and multimodal analysis in real time for the taking ofaction of the teacher in an immediate form.
