AB Communication is the way to share information,develop culture and interact in society. Computing technologiestogether with Collaborative Systems have contributed more andmore to the communication accessibility of the people and in theinclusive process. This research is an extension of the article“iLibras as a Facilitator in the Effective Communication of theDeaf: a Mobile Cooperative Tool” [1]. This research presents anapproach to support the communication of deaf people and also ofusers of Libras by means of collaborative and mobile computingtools. The approaches of the research method of the DesignScience Research (DSR), Interaction Design (ID), User CenteredDesign (UCD) and Participatory Design (PD) are adopted.Therefore, it was possible to explore knowledge to understandbetter the users as well as to build computing resources tofacilitate the communication with the deaf.
